American Airlines Opens Provisions by Admirals Club Lounge at Charlotte Douglas International Airport
American Airlines has opened the Provisions by Admirals Club lounge at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), introducing a new grab-and-go concept for travellers at one of its largest hubs.
Located in Concourse A near gate A1, the lounge is designed for speed and convenience. Customers can quickly access food, beverages, and travel assistance, whether they need a light snack or support with their journey.
“We’re pleased to bring this new lounge space to CLT,” said Heather Garboden, American’s Chief Customer Officer.
“Millions of customers travel through CLT each year, and Provisions by Admirals Club℠ offers them an efficient option while connecting through the airport.”
Food and beverage options
Breakfast (6:15–11 a.m.): pastries, snack mixes, yoghurt, fruit, and meal boxes
All-day (11 a.m.–10:45 p.m.): snacks, sweet items, and meal boxes, including vegetarian choices
Beverages: canned and bottled drinks, coffee, and tea

Access
Entry to the lounge adheres to the same guidelines as other Admirals Club locations. Customers can access the lounge using Admirals Club memberships, qualifying oneworld status, or the Citi / AAdvantage Executive credit card. Additionally, eligible AAdvantage status members may access the lounge when travelling on qualifying international flights.
