HRH Princess Ubolratana Presents 15th Thailand Tourism Awards
Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana presided over the 15th Thailand Tourism Awards ceremony, presenting 151 awards to tourism operators in recognition of their contributions to the sector. The event, held at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok on World Tourism Day, marked 30 years of the biennial awards programme.

The ceremony was attended by Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), along with TAT executives, members of the judging panel and partner organisations.
The 2025 edition introduced the Thailand Tourism Sustainability Awards, aligning with global trends in responsible travel. Awards were presented across five categories: tourist attractions, accommodation, health and wellness tourism, tour programmes, and tourism support and promotion of sustainable tourism.
A total of 17 operators received the Excellence Award, 59 received the Outstanding Award, and 69 were recognised with the new Sustainability Award. Six organisations were inducted into the Hall of Fame, having won top honours in three consecutive editions.
Entries were evaluated by an expert panel against four criteria: product and service, sustainable and responsible management, business operations, and support for sustainable tourism.
