Pradeep Jodha – General Manager, SKK The Fern-An Ecotel, Jaisalmer
With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Pradeep Jodha has been named General Manager of SKK The Fern-An Ecotel in Jaisalmer. Pradeep’s extensive experience spans renowned brands such as Suján, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Keys Hotels, and Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels.
He has successfully led the pre-opening phases for properties in Somnath, Ladakh, Rishikesh, and Manali, showcasing his expertise in project management and revenue optimization. Pradeep’s strategic focus on profitability, seamless operations, and guest satisfaction positions him as a strong leader committed to enhancing the overall guest experience.
Hariom Tyagi – General Manager, Blue Ocean The Fern Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule

Previously, Pawan led operations at The Fern Residency, Noida, and gained extensive experience in operations and sales during his tenure with the Fortune Group.
