Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center has announced the appointment of Ravi Rawat as its new Assistant Pastry Chef. Chef Ravi has over nine years of culinary experience and is well-known for his baking and pastry arts expertise. He combines creativity and precision to create gastronomic masterpieces.
Chef Ravi has worked at some of the country’s most prestigious venues, including the Grand Hyatt Kochi, the Westin Hyderabad, and the Aloft Hotel Bengaluru. At the Grand Hyatt Kochi, he oversaw bakery operations, creating unique recipes and mentoring a pastry team. His contributions to the culinary world have gained him recognition. Among his outstanding accomplishments is the tallest edible Christmas tree at The Westin Hyderabad, which received widespread praise.
Chef Ravi curates desserts to appeal to a wide range of tastes, guided by a culinary philosophy that values fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His love of invention motivates him to experiment with new techniques and flavours, ensuring each product is a remarkable experience.
