New Director of Operations at Novotel Hyderabad

The Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have announced Prasanna Venkatesh as their new Director of Operations. With over 20 years of international hospitality experience, Prasanna is renowned for his operational excellence and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences. His career includes prominent roles at hospitality brands such as Westin, Hilton, and Accor, as well as participation in the prestigious Dubai Expo 2020.

Prasanna, a visionary leader, has played a key role in transforming F&B venues, enhancing service delivery, and leading impactful events. His strategic planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency skills have significantly boosted profitability and guest satisfaction at various locations, including luxury resorts in the Maldives and major urban hotels in the Middle East.

In his past position at the Pullman & Novotel complex in Aerocity, known for its luxury and outstanding food and beverage services, Prasanna refined his skills in developing sophisticated dining experiences. Throughout his career, he has steadfastly dedicated himself to curating personalized guest experiences through creativity and teamwork. At Dubai Expo 2020, he was instrumental in launching dining venues and received praise for his hospitality at one of the most significant global events. 

In his new position at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC, Prasanna will emphasize improving operational efficiency, spearheading sustainability efforts, and raising service standards throughout the property. His guidance will be crucial in bolstering the hotel’s status as a top choice for business, leisure, and events in the area.
