On October 1, 2024, Abhishek Rajagolkar became the Regional Director of Sales Operations for South Asia at Hilton. Abhishek brings an incredible 19 years of experience in the hospitality sector, bringing a plethora of knowledge and experience to the team.
In his new position, Abhishek will be based at Hilton’s regional headquarters in Gurugram. He will oversee the sales operations department for South Asia and ensure the hotel keeps increasing sales and, eventually, its market share by implementing the proper frameworks, offering thorough training, streamlining procedures, and utilizing creative tactics.
Abhishek previously worked as the Area Director of Sales and Distribution for Marriott South, East India, including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Throughout his time there, he put a lot of effort into fostering owner relationships, customer acquisition, and on- and above-property sales. He oversaw tactical projects and strategic programs that produced notable economic achievements in his region. Additionally, Abhishek has collaborated with well-known hospitality companies like Taj and Accor.
