APPOINTMENT

Kshitij Jawa has been appointed as the new general manager of Hilton Goa Resort Candolim. A seasoned leader with two decades in the hospitality industry, Jawa’s expertise spans pre-opening projects, hotel operations, marketing, food and beverage, team management, and financial management.

At Hilton Goa Resort Candolim, his leadership role will be crucial in achieving the hotel’s ambitious growth goals over the next few years, focused on elevating hotel positioning, enhancing the guest experience, fostering a culture of excellence, and further developing the in-house team. The hotel is owned by Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, a subsidiary of Sun Estates Developers, and managed by Hilton. Kshitij Jawa will lead the team in all aspects of hotel operations, administration, guest services, and satisfaction.

Kshitij has held executive positions at some of India's most prominent hotel chains throughout the years. Before joining Hilton Goa Resort, Candolim Kshitij was General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, Mohali. In this role, he oversaw the first successful introduction of the Radisson RED brand in India and trained teams to reach new levels of operational performance. His other noteworthy positions have been with companies including The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group.

He graduated from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode with a master's degree in business administration and has completed the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development's Guest Service Management program in New Delhi. He is involved in the community and volunteers for charity and local organisations, adhering to Hilton's broader giving-back and service ethos.
