Novotel Introduces Small Changes for Everyday Longevity
Novotel Collective Focuses on Daily Changes for Better Longevity
Novotel has introduced the Novotel 37 Collective, a new initiative centred on the idea that small, consistent actions can support long-term wellbeing. The programme brings together individuals from sport, food, and wellness to show how everyday habits can influence health over time.

The concept is based on a simple principle: improving by 1% each day can lead to measurable change over a year. Rather than promoting major lifestyle shifts, the initiative focuses on practical steps that can be maintained in daily routines.
A Collective Built on Everyday Habits

The Novotel 37 Collective includes Olympic surfer Kauli Vaast, chef Alfie Steiner, former footballer Javier Pastore, and sleep specialist Olivia Arezzolo. Each contributes insights from their field, covering movement, nutrition, mental balance and rest.
Their shared approach is based on consistency. Whether it is improving sleep patterns, making dietary changes, or building simple movement habits, the focus remains on actions that fit into daily life without requiring major adjustments.
Shifting the Approach to Wellbeing

The initiative reflects a broader shift in how travellers view wellbeing. Research referenced by Novotel indicates that many people are looking for realistic ways to improve their balance in life, rather than following structured or intensive programmes.
The Collective responds to this by offering practical ideas that can be applied both while travelling and at home. These are organised around four areas: eating, moving, sleeping and connecting. Each area is supported by guidance from the Collective’s members, along with tools and content designed for regular use.
Small Steps, Measurable Change

Findings from a global study of travellers show that while many people set personal goals, fewer take a gradual approach to achieving them. Only a portion of respondents reported starting with small, consistent steps, even though this method is linked to better long-term outcomes.
The Novotel 37 Collective aligns with this approach, encouraging individuals to focus on manageable changes rather than broad resolutions. This includes simple actions such as improving sleep routines, making balanced food choices, and incorporating light physical activity into daily schedules.
A Practical Framework for Daily Life

By bringing together diverse perspectives, the initiative offers a structured yet flexible approach to wellbeing. It is designed to support people with varied routines, including frequent travellers, families and working professionals.
The Collective is expected to expand further, with additional contributors offering insights across areas such as health, lifestyle and environmental awareness.
