Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Nikhil Kher as General Manager.

With a career spanning over 25 years in luxury hospitality, Nikhil Kher brings with him extensive experience in operations, brand building, and guest experience management. He is known for his strategic insight and hands-on leadership.
In his new role as General Manager, Nikhil will oversee the complete operations of Jaisalmer Resort & Spa, driving performance across rooms, wellness, dining, and guest engagement. He will be responsible for steering the resort’s business strategy and strengthening its market positioning.
Prior to joining Jaisalmer Resort & Spa, Nikhil held leadership positions across several hospitality brands, where he played an instrumental role in improving operational metrics, expanding market reach, and fostering a culture of excellence among teams.
