New Sous Chef Appointed at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan

APPOINTMENT

Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has announced the appointment of Chef Pankaj Badoni as Sous Chef – Indian Curry.

With a career spanning over 12 years across renowned hospitality brands, Chef Pankaj brings with him extensive expertise in authentic Indian cuisine.

Chef Pankaj has worked with leading hotel brands including Radisson Blu, Sarovar Hotels, Fairfield by Marriott Goa, and most recently, Courtyard by Marriott Chennai.

In his new role as Sous Chef, Chef Pankaj will work closely with Executive Chef Feroz Patel to enhance the hotel’s dining experiences.
