APPOINTMENT
Jannah Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Ahmed Selim as the new Director of Human Resources.
Ahmed brings almost two decades of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and multi-unit hospitality management to the role, having held leadership positions across the UAE and internationally both.
Before this appointment, Ahmed served as Human Capital Director at Erth Abu Dhabi, overseeing a team of more than 4,000 employees across luxury hotels, corporate catering, fitness and wellness facilities and dining venues.
He spearheaded large-scale transformation projects, including strategy redesign, organisational restructuring, KPI alignment and group-wide digital HR modernization.
Prior to joining Erth, Ahmed spent nearly a decade with Rixos Hotels, holding a number of senior HR leadership roles for the luxury hospitality brand including director of talent and culture.
Ahmed is known for his expertise in strategizing, knowledge of UAE labour law and commitment to cultivating inclusive, people-focused workplaces.
His appointment reflects Jannah Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to enhance employee experiences.
