Having honed skills across various departments at Hyatt Regency Delhi, Gaurav Chandna’s journey demonstrates a dedication to excellence and continual growth.

As the new Director of Operations, Gaurav plans to introduce varied, seasonal menus that highlight local and international flavours. These will be accompanied by interesting culinary events and workshops. His approach focuses on sustainability, emphasizing the use of locally sourced ingredients and reducing waste. He is equally dedicated to developing talent within the hotel and implementing thorough training programs to ensure staff excellence.
