New Director of Marketing and Communications at Raffles Udaipur

APPOINTMENT

Raffles Udaipur has appointed Puja Singh as the new Director of Marketing and Communications. With 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has worked with prominent hotel chains, including Hyatt Hotels in India and IHG’s Six Senses in Vietnam. In her previous roles, she implemented marketing strategies and assessed their effectiveness at IHG’s Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, while also overseeing brand development at Ana Mandara Hospitality. Her diverse background includes driving brand awareness, developing targeted campaigns, and enhancing the overall guest experience at luxury properties.

As the Director of Marketing and Communications, Singh will spearhead Raffles Udaipur’s marketing and communication initiatives, aiming to elevate the hotel’s profile and establish a distinguished presence in the market. Collaborating closely with the management team, she will be vital in crafting and executing strategies to enhance the hotel’s visibility. Additionally, she will seek strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with Raffles Udaipur’s brand values, with the goal of creating exclusive guest experiences and strengthening the hotel’s competitive edge.

Throughout her career at various luxury properties, Singh has developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies that blend creative conceptualization with strategic collaboration. Her focus is on capturing the essence of each hotel, enhancing its positioning, and aligning with the target audience to drive guest engagement and revenue growth. She has also played a key role in branding food and beverage outlets, designing visually compelling campaigns, and curating locally inspired culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests.
