APPOINTMENT

Hilton Inn Cochin has announced the appointment of Lincoln Abraham as Assistant Director – Food & Beverage Service at Holiday Inn Cochin, effective 21st July 2025.
Lincoln Abraham brings with him over 15 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving excellence in Food & Beverage operations.
His career spans leadership roles with some of the world’s renowned hospitality brands, including Zuri Kumarakom Resorts, Ramada Alleppey, Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah – UAE, Jumeirah in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, and Crowne Plaza Kochi. He is known for his strategic insight, commitment to service excellence, and expertise in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
A graduate in Hotel Management, Lincoln completed the Management Training Program at Zuri Kumarakom and further enhanced his international exposure through an internship at Hyatt Regency, Maryland, USA.
Outside of work, he is passionate about cinema, music, and culinary exploration.
