Sachin Malhotra Appointed Multi-Property General Manager for Marriott Hotels in Kochi. 

Marriott Hotels International has appointed Sachin Malhotra as Multi-Property General Manager for Kochi Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport, and Port Muziris Kochi – A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, effective April 1, 2026.

Malhotra brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with brands such as Hyatt International, The Leela, and Accor. His expertise spans revenue and sales management, hotel operations, and guest experience across diverse markets.

He joined Marriott International in 2021 as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow, and was promoted to General Manager in 2022. In 2023, he received the APEC Leadership Excellence Award in recognition of his contribution to the hotel’s performance and market growth.

In 2024, Malhotra was appointed General Manager of Kochi Marriott Hotel, where he has been responsible for overseeing operations and positioning the property within the local market. In his expanded role, he will lead operations across multiple properties in Kochi, with a focus on operational performance and brand presence.

Commenting on his appointment, Malhotra said he looks forward to the expanded responsibilities, with a continued focus on team performance, stakeholder value, and service delivery across the Marriott Hotels portfolio.
