Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal appoints Augustine S. as Assistant Director of Human Resources

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced the appointment of Augustine S. as Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Augustine brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on human resources functions including talent management, associate engagement, and training and development.

Prior to joining the hotel, he was associated with hospitality brands such as The Westin Chennai Velachery, Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur, Fairfield by Marriott OMR Chennai, Courtyard by Marriott Chennai, and Asiana Chennai. His experience includes talent acquisition, performance management, budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.

In his new role, Augustine will lead the human resources function at the property, overseeing associate engagement, learning and development programs, and HR operations.

Augustine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University and a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Jenney’s Academy. He is also involved in training and development activities, including coaching and associate engagement programs.
