Manish Bedi as Leela Ambience Gurugram’s New Director of F&B

Manish Bedi has been named as the newest Director of Food & Beverage at the revered The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences. In his new role, Bedi will set out to ensure the highest standard of services provided by the hotel’s culinary department.

Manish Bedi, originally from Kolkata, is an alum of Robert Gordon University of Scotland. In the past, he has worked with brands like the Dubai World Trade Centre, The Park hotels, and Shangri-La at locations of Bengaluru, Dubai, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, and New Delhi. Bedi seems to be extremely excited to don the new hat as speaking on the occasion, he expressed, “I am hugely excited to be joining the team at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences and look forward to working with the very best in hospitality. It is an honour to be a part of the team and act as a custodian for its F&B services, ensuring their legacy continues for many years to come.”
