Kavita Shah Appointed as New Corporate Housekeeper at The Orchid Mumbai

Kavita Shah has been appointed as the new Corporate Housekeeper at The Orchid Hotel, Mumbai.

She has held leadership roles at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Dubai, Vivanta President (formerly Taj President), Mumbai, and Millennium Airport Hotel, Dubai.

Kavita is known for her people-centric leadership and operational expertise. In her career, she has managed large teams, improved service standards, enhanced processes, and driven cost efficiencies.

Her achievements have earned her many industry accolades including South Asia Housekeeping Hotelier of the Year (2018–2019) by Stelliers and Best Housekeeper in Asia (2018–2019) by the Asian Housekeepers Association.

Commenting on her appointment, Kavita said, “Housekeeping plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. I’m excited to contribute to The Orchid Mumbai’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and care.”
