APPOINTMENT
Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Chetan Sharma as the new Food & Beverage Manager, effective immediately.
Chetan holds over 18 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He joins Jaisalmer Marriott Resort from his most recent role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Jaipur Marriott, where he spearheaded all operations.
His strategic focus on guest satisfaction, team training, and revenue growth positioned the property as a preferred destination for both business and wedding segments.
Chetan has worked with some of the most renowned names in the hospitality industry in his career such as Rambagh Palace, Taj Lake Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, and INOX, where he delivered elevated guest experiences, maximized departmental profitability, and led high-performing teams across F&B, operations, and guest services.
In his new role, Chetan will oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction and experience, increasing the F&B revenues, and curating unique dining experiences.
