ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, has announced “A Table Set for Love”, a curated Valentine’s Day dining experience at Hornby’s Pavilion. The limited-period offering invites guests to celebrate the occasion with a thoughtfully planned menu focused on flavour, shared moments, and relaxed dining.

Available across select dinner and brunch services from 13 to 15 February, the experience is designed for couples and food enthusiasts seeking a special Valentine’s celebration.

The menu features a selection of vegetarian and seafood dishes, beginning with small plates such as Truffle Edamame Dim Sum, Prawn Dim Sum, and Kebab Labgeer, setting the tone for the meal.

The main course offers a range of options, including Paneer Dum Anari, Broccoli Musallam, and Dum Ki Machli, along with seafood preparations such as Fish Roulade and Shrimp & Squid Fricassee, bringing together regional and international influences.

Desserts conclude the experience with a curated assortment that includes Beetroot Halwa, Lemon & Raspberry Entremets, Red Velvet Cake, and Passion Fruit, Basil & Strawberry Cake, designed for sharing and leisurely conversations.
