Ireckonu Appoints Jamie Cole as Chief Commercial Officer

Ireckonu has appointed Jamie Cole as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), as the company continues to expand its global presence in the hospitality technology space.

In his new role, Jamie Cole will oversee the company’s commercial strategy across the customer lifecycle, including market positioning, enterprise sales, onboarding, and long-term customer engagement. His responsibilities will focus on aligning commercial operations with the company’s growth plans and supporting hotel groups in adopting data-driven solutions.

He brings experience from global hospitality brands such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where he worked across commercial and operational functions. His background includes working with large hotel groups and understanding enterprise-level requirements in hospitality operations.

At Ireckonu, his role will include supporting the adoption of customer data platforms and middleware solutions, with a focus on enabling hotels to manage and utilise guest data more effectively. This includes improving operational processes and supporting personalised guest experiences through structured data use.
