APPOINTMENT

Hyatt has announced the appointment of Saurabh Malhotra as the new Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Hyatt Regency Amritsar Hotel & Spa and Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, effective March 16, 2026.

Saurabh brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, with expertise in sales strategy, brand positioning and revenue management. An alumnus of IHM Jaipur and Symbiosis, he has worked across luxury and lifestyle segments.

Most recently, he headed as Director of Sales (Pre-Opening) at Ronil Goa, part of JdV by Hyatt—the first JdV by Hyatt property in the region.

He began his career with the brand at Hyatt Regency Delhi in 2004. After spending nearly a decade with global airlines, he rejoined the company in 2016 at Andaz Delhi, where he held key sales leadership roles. In 2022, he was appointed Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, where he led the property’s revenue performance.

In his new role, Saurabh will oversee sales and marketing functions for both Amritsar and Dharamshala properties, with a focus on driving commercial performance and market positioning.
