Hilton Earns Top Rankings in 3 Segments in J.D. Power 2025 Hotel Satisfaction Study

Hilton has been recognized for performance in guest satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2025 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study. Three of its brands—Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, and Home2 Suites by Hilton—earned the highest rankings in their respective segments: Upper Midscale, Midscale, and Upper Midscale/Midscale Extended Stay.

Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton have retained their leading positions for the third consecutive year, reflecting consistent performance in guest feedback. Overall, 13 Hilton brands were evaluated, with eight ranking at or above their segment average.

Brand Highlights:

  • Hampton by Hilton
    Ranked #1 in Upper Midscale with a satisfaction index of 694. The brand was recognized for consistent quality, design, and guest service.
  • Tru by Hilton
    Achieved the highest ranking in the Midscale segment for the third year, scoring 723. The brand was noted for its modern design and value offering.
  • Home2 Suites by Hilton
    Ranked highest in the Extended Stay category within the Upper Midscale/Midscale segments for the third year, with a score of 711. The brand caters to travelers seeking flexible and extended lodging options.

About the Study:

The J.D. Power 2025 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study, now in its 29th year, measures guest satisfaction across seven dimensions, including staff service, room quality, and value. The latest edition evaluated 102 brands across nine segments, based on responses from 39,219 hotel guests who stayed between May 2024 and May 2025.
