Gymkhana Las Vegas has announced the appointment of Chef Himanshu Pandey as the new Executive Sous Chef.
Chef Himanshu Pandey has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef at Gymkhana Las Vegas at ARIA Resort & Casino, part of MGM Resorts International, as Executive Sous Chef.
The restaurant is the international extension of London’s renowned Gymkhana, a two Michelin starred Indian restaurant, famous for its innovative approach to traditional Indian cuisine.
With extensive experience in Indian culinary heritage and luxury hospitality, Chef Himanshu will play a key role in maintaining Michelin-level standards, kitchen leadership, and menu execution.
