Emirates Opens Emirates World Retail Store in Riyadh

Emirates has opened its latest Emirates World retail store in Riyadh, marking the continued rollout of its experience-led travel retail concept across key markets.

Located in central Riyadh, the 288-square-metre space provides a lounge-inspired environment where customers can plan their journeys, seek travel advice, and explore Emirates’ products through interactive displays and digital tools.

The inauguration was led by Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates, alongside Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Divisional Senior Vice President of International Affairs, and Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Centre. The event was attended by officials from the UAE and Saudi officials, as well as trade partners and government representatives.

The Emirates World concept reimagines airline retail through a combination of personalised service and interactive technology. At the Riyadh store, visitors can explore signature features, including the A380 Onboard Lounge and First-Class suite mock-ups, consult Emirates’ travel experts on bookings and itineraries, and utilize self-service kiosks for quicker transactions.

Emirates has been operating in Saudi Arabia for over three decades, currently offering 74 weekly flights to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina. The airline continues to expand its presence in the Kingdom through the introduction of new facilities, services, and collaborations that align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for tourism and economic growth.
