APPOINTMENT

Emirates has announced a series of commercial leadership appointments across key international markets.

Majid Al Falasi, currently Manager Vietnam, has been appointed Manager Indonesia. The move forms part of Emirates’ internal leadership rotations under its structured talent development initiatives.

Wahid Albalooshi, who currently serves as District Manager Jeddah, has been appointed Manager Vietnam. His appointment follows his experience in managing the Jeddah district for the airline.

Mohammed Alqassim has been appointed District Manager Jeddah, transitioning from his current role as Country Manager Cambodia.

Fahad Al Hassawi, currently District Manager Eastern Province – KSA, has been appointed Country Manager Cambodia.

In addition, Sultan Bin Hadda has been appointed Commercial Support Manager, Eastern Province – KSA.
These leadership movements are part of Emirates’ Outstation Programme, a UAE National graduate training initiative designed to offer immersive, rotational roles across the airline’s global network. The programme focuses on developing future leaders across commercial operations, cargo, and airport management through structured training, mentorship, and international exposure.
The Outstation Programme is a core component of the Emirates Group’s Emiratisation strategy, aimed at preparing UAE Nationals for future global leadership roles.
