Eco Hotels & Resorts Ltd. Signs New Hotel Project in Ayodhya
Eco Hotels & Resorts Limited has signed a strategic agreement to develop a new hotel property in Ayodhya, supporting the company’s expansion strategy in religious and cultural tourism destinations across India.
The upcoming hotel will feature 33 rooms, a swimming pool, a landscaped lawn, and a rooftop restaurant. The property is designed to provide a comfortable, convenient stay for travellers visiting the city. It is strategically located with direct access to the main highway and approximately 7 km from the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, positioning it to serve the rising number of tourists and devotees.

Commenting on the development, Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Chairman of Eco Hotels & Resorts Limited, said that the Ayodhya project aligns with the company’s focus on expanding into hospitality markets driven by spiritual and cultural travel. He noted that increasing visitor footfall in the region is creating sustained demand for quality accommodation.
Industry projections indicate that Ayodhya could attract around 10 million visitors annually, underlining the market opportunity. The new property is planned to balance comfort, accessibility, and operational efficiency, in line with Eco Hotels’ broader approach to sustainable, scalable growth.

The Ayodhya hotel forms part of Eco Hotels’ ongoing efforts to strengthen its footprint in key destinations across India, catering to evolving traveller needs while maintaining a focus on operational discipline and responsible hospitality development.
