APPOINTMENT

DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has announced the appointment of Naveen Raaj as the Operations Manager.

Naveen brings more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked across leading hotels under Hilton brand, including Hilton Chennai, Conrad Pune, DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad and DoubleTree Suites Bangalore.

He also continues to serve in the role of Regional Quality Champion for South Asia Hilton Hotels. Before taking on his current position, Naveen worked at Conrad Pune as the Rooms Division Manager.

Naveen has also completed Hilton Hotel’s SHINE Leadership Development Programme. He has also been recognized with several industry accolades, including Director of Rooms of the Year 2025 for Luxury Hotels in India, Front Office Manager of the Year 2024, “Leader of the Year 2024” at Conrad Pune and “Manager of the Year 2020” at Hilton Chennai.
