Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar Opens New Location in Highland Village
Delhi6 Expansion Brings Updated Dining Space in Highland Village
Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar has opened a new, larger location in Highland Village, relocating from its previous site at The Shops at Highland Village after five years of operations.

The move comes in response to steady customer demand and allows the restaurant to operate from a more spacious setting along Justin Road, in the former Lost Colony space. Owner Vipul Jain said the decision was made to support growth while continuing to serve the local community.
The new venue features an updated interior with a contemporary design, offering a more open, comfortable dining environment while retaining a familiar atmosphere for returning guests.
The expansion will be introduced in phases. Plans include adding a full-service bar and an extended menu featuring Indian-Chinese dishes, along with a mix of fusion options such as wraps, tacos and pizzas. A revised dessert menu is also in development, including items inspired by Indian flavours.
To cater to weekday diners, the restaurant will introduce a lunch menu designed for quicker service without altering the overall dining experience.
Despite the changes, the restaurant will maintain its existing approach to food, service and pricing. Jain noted that the focus remains on consistency while improving the overall setting.

While opportunities to expand elsewhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth area were considered, the decision was made to remain in Highland Village, maintaining its connection with the local community.
With its new location and updated offerings, Delhi6 Indian Kitchen & Bar continues to build its presence in the area’s dining landscape.
