Ranjita Das Appointed as Assistant Manager- Learning & Development at Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar

Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar has announced the appointment of Ranjita Das as its new Assistant Manager – Learning & Development.

Ranjita brings over five years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, holding expertise in team development, operational excellence, guest engagement, and talent training.

Prior to this appointment, Ranjita was associated with renowned hospitality brands, including The Leela Palace, New Delhi, where she served as Assistant Restaurant Manager. She has also worked with Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, and Lemon Tree Premiere Hyderabad, further strengthening her operational knowledge and service orientation.

In her new role at Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar, Ranjita will be responsible for driving the hotel’s learning and development initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee capabilities, strengthening the service culture, and creating impactful training programs.

She will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and employee engagement across departments.

Ranjita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from NCHMCT, Noida, and has additionally completed certifications in Inclusive Leadership and Unconscious Bias.
