Patricia Martín Appointed as General Manager at CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha

CoolRooms Hotels has announced the appointment of Patricia Martín as General Manager of CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha, the company’s flagship boutique property in Madrid.

The appointment marks an internal promotion, with Martín having advanced through a series of operational and leadership roles since joining the hotel shortly after its opening in 2018.

During her tenure, she has held positions including Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager. Her cross-functional experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and guest service delivery.

According to the company, the promotion reflects its continued focus on internal talent development and long-term career progression. CoolRooms Hotels noted that the appointment aligns with its broader strategy of fostering a people-centric culture and investing in employee growth and leadership development.

The group’s workplace initiatives have also received industry recognition.
