Sleep Inn Introduces Scenic Dreams Design with New Openings
The new hotels, located in Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Nevada, mark the first group of properties built using the updated prototype. The Scenic Dreams concept incorporates design elements such as natural light, regionally influenced interiors and layouts aimed at improving operational efficiency.

According to the company, properties adopting the new prototype have reported improvements in performance metrics. These include an increase in revenue per available room (RevPAR) and higher guest satisfaction scores compared to previous periods.
The latest openings include Sleep Inn & Suites Ashland City, which began operations in September 2025, and Sleep Inn & Suites Middletown, which opened in March 2026. Additional properties, including Sleep Inn & Suites Henderson and Sleep Inn & Suites Savannah, are scheduled to open in April 2026.
“At the heart of Scenic Dreams is a simple idea: helping guests truly rest and reset,” said Mallory Enos, Head of Midscale Brand Strategy & Management. “These new hotels bring together calming, thoughtfully designed spaces and innovative sleep solutions—while also offering a smart, efficient prototype that’s designed to perform for owners—delivering a refreshed stay experience that feels intentional, modern, and grounded in wellbeing.“
The properties are located near a mix of urban and leisure destinations, with access to business districts, transportation hubs and tourist attractions. The developments are intended to cater to a combination of business and leisure travel demand.
The Scenic Dreams prototype also includes modifications to building layouts and back-of-house operations, aimed at reducing development and operating costs for owners. Company representatives indicated that the design is intended to support scalability across multiple markets.
Choice Hotels International reported that more than 40 additional Scenic Dreams prototype hotels are currently in development, as part of the brand’s ongoing expansion strategy.
