Bhushan Dalvi Appointed as New Deputy Manager- Corporate HR at Ramee Group

APPOINTMENT

Ramee Group of Hotels has announced the appointment of Bhushan Dalvi as the Deputy Manager – Corporate Human Resources.

With more than a decade of human resources experience and a hospitality background, Bhushan possesses extensive knowledge in talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, training, and strategic HR management.

He holds a Masters in Human Resource Development Management from Niranjanlal Dalmia Institute of Management & Research, and a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Studies from Rizvi College of Hotel Management.

Bhushan’s professional journey includes significant positions at WAH Restaurants, Galaxy Entertainment (Future Group), and most
recently, Soho House Mumbai as People Manager. At Soho House Mumbai, Bhushan led the initiative on employee engagement efforts,
retention strategies, succession planning, and career development.

His first set of priorities includes reinforcing employee engagement programs, optimizing HR systems and policies, and cultivating a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
