Banyan Tree Samui Launches Connections Wellbeing Experience
Connections Programme at Banyan Tree Samui Focuses on Shared Wellness
Banyan Tree Samui has introduced “Connections”, a wellbeing programme designed for two guests, now open for bookings for stays from 1 May 2026.
Set along the Gulf of Thailand, the 88-villa beachfront property has developed the programme to encourage guests to spend time together through a mix of movement, mindfulness and shared activities. The experience is based on Banyan Group’s 8 Pillars of Wellbeing framework.

According to the hotel, the programme has been created to support meaningful connections through guided sessions and structured activities. Each stay begins with a 30-minute wellbeing consultation to design a personalised schedule aligned with individual preferences.
Activities included in the programme range from private yoga sessions and sound-healing meditation to spa treatments, kayaking, and introductory Thai boxing. Guests can also take part in a herbal oil and reflexology workshop, a culinary session and a private beach dinner.
Accommodation at Banyan Tree Samui includes 88 pool villas, each with a private infinity pool and design elements influenced by Thai architecture and locally sourced materials. The resort also features dining venues such as Saffron, which is listed in the MICHELIN Guide 2025 edition, as well as a fitness centre, kids’ club, and event spaces.
The programme forms part of the resort’s approach to offering structured wellness experiences within a beachfront setting, combining guided activities with time for rest and personal reflection.
