APPOINTMENT

Chef Ashfaque Ali has been appointed as the Executive Chef at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace.
With more than two decades of experience across luxury hotels, international dining brands, and award-winning restaurants, he brings a extensive culinary expertise to his new role.
Chef Ali has worked with several renowned hospitality groups, including The Oberoi Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, and Bab Al Shams in Dubai. He has also been part of international pre-opening projects in Riyadh and Qatar.
During his tenure as Brand Head Chef at MJS Holding, he oversaw the launch of multiple global dining concepts, notably the Michelin BIB-recognized Pahli Hill from London. His responsibilities there included menu development, team training, and contributing to overall culinary strategy.

Chef Ali specializes in Awadhi and Mughlai cuisines, charcoal grilling, menu engineering, and large-scale banqueting. His background also includes experience in contemporary Indian cuisine, global gastronomy, and refined culinary techniques.
In his new position at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Chef Ali will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, oversee menu planning, strengthen kitchen teams, and support the property’s focus on delivering well-crafted dining experiences.
