Ankita Agranayak Appointed as New L&D Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC

APPOINTMENT

Ankita Agranayak has been appointed as the new Learning & Development Manager at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC. 

Ankita brings 10 years of experience in aviation as a cabin crew member, 2 years in the hotel industry specializing in F&B service, and over 5 years in learning and development.

Excited for her new role, she said, “As I continue my journey with Accor- NJCC & JECC, I feel deeply thankful for the opportunities and trust I have received here. This chapter has given me the chance to explore leadership in a new form — one that is not just about guiding, but about listening, empowering, and nurturing talents.”

In her role as L&D Manager, she will be responsible for driving employee training initiatives, enhancing service standards, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
