Anantara Krasnapolsky Amsterdam Expands Tulip Season Experiences

Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam has introduced an updated collection of tulip season experiences, building on its existing Tulips in Bloom programme for the period between late March and early May.

The seasonal offering is designed to provide visitors with curated ways to experience the Netherlands’ annual tulip bloom, combining sightseeing, dining and wellness elements.

New aerial experience introduced

A new addition to the collection, Bloomscape by Helicopter, offers a guided experience beginning with a private helicopter flight over the Dutch countryside. Guests depart from Amsterdam and travel across tulip fields and windmill landscapes before landing near Noordwijkerhout.

The experience continues with a private transfer to a tulip field, where a curated picnic featuring locally inspired dishes is arranged.

Returning guest experiences

Two existing experiences have been reintroduced for 2026. Tulip Treats includes a visit to the Amsterdam Tulip Museum, followed by access to a large tulip garden and a tea service featuring themed desserts.

Tulip Tableaux focuses on a private dining setup within a tulip field, offering a picnic-style meal with locally influenced cuisine in a more secluded setting.

Wellness and retail elements

Guests can also access seasonal spa treatments, including a tulip-inspired facial using products derived from locally sourced ingredients. In addition, tulip bulbs developed in collaboration with regional growers are available as part of the experience.

Seasonal availability

All experiences are available during the tulip bloom period, typically from late March to early May, subject to seasonal variations. Packages include transportation and curated amenities, reflecting a broader trend of experiential travel centred around local culture and seasonal events.
