Accor Appoints New Cluster Front Office Manager in Dubai

APPOINTMENT

Accor has announced the appointment of Kseniya Mamedova as the new Cluster Front Office Manager at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha and ApartHotel Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha.

The two properties are part of the Accor portfolio and form one of Dubai’s dynamic hospitality clusters.

In her new role, Mamedova will oversee front office operations across both the hotels, ensuring service delivery for business travellers, leisure guests and long-stay residents alike. She will also be responsible for team mentoring and strengthening cross-department collaboration

Mamedova holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism and management from Uzbekistan and brings more than 15 years of front office experience with leading international hotel brands, including Atana Hotel Dubai, and Rove Hotels.
