Karishma Mer Promoted to Human Resources Executive at Hotel Royal Orchid Jaipur

Karishma Mer has been promoted to the position of Human Resources Executive at Hotel Royal Orchid Jaipur.

She has been associated with the hotel for nearly three years, steadily progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to her promotion, she served as Human Resources Associate from April 2024 to July 2026, following an earlier stint in job training from September 2023 to April 2024. During her tenure, she has contributed to employee engagement initiatives, town hall coordination, and various HR operations.

Karishma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from SAGE University Indore, which she completed in 2024.

Her promotion reflects the organization’s confidence in her capabilities and commitment to strengthening its human resources function.
