Citrus Leisure has partnered with RateGain Travel Technologies to strengthen direct bookings across its hotel portfolio in Sri Lanka by adopting the UNO Direct Stack platform. The partnership aims to improve guest acquisition, booking conversions and direct revenue while reducing dependence on third-party booking channels.

Through UNO Direct Stack, Citrus Leisure will integrate guest acquisition, digital marketing, website management, booking conversion, distribution and pricing intelligence into a single platform covering the entire direct booking journey.

Citrus Leisure Strengthens Direct Revenue Strategy

The integrated platform is designed to help Citrus Leisure increase direct bookings, improve conversion rates and provide a more connected digital experience for travellers. It also simplifies hotel operations by replacing multiple technology vendors with one integrated solution.

The hospitality group operates Citrus Hikkaduwa, Citrus Waskaduwa and The Steuart by Citrus in Colombo. Using the new platform, Citrus Leisure will gain unified visibility into demand generation, pricing, distribution performance and guest behaviour across its portfolio.

RateGain’s Anurag Jain, Executive Vice President for APAC & MEA, said the partnership will help the company better understand guest behaviour while strengthening its direct revenue strategy through integrated marketing, pricing intelligence, distribution and conversion capabilities.

RateGain Expands Presence in Sri Lanka

The partnership further strengthens RateGain’s presence in the Sri Lankan hospitality market as more hotel groups invest in direct booking strategies to improve guest relationships and reduce reliance on fragmented technology systems.
