Alivaa Hotels to Operate Pune Mixed-Use Project

Pune Mixed-Use Development to Be Managed by Alivaa Hotels & Resorts

Alivaa Hotels & Resorts has announced that it will operate a ₹200 crore hospitality-led mixed-use development in Koregaon Park, Pune, under a long-term master lease agreement.

The project is being jointly developed by Curated Living Solutions (CLS) and Arista Developers, with Alivaa Hotels & Resorts taking responsibility for the operational management of the property.

Long-Term Operations Agreement

Under the master lease arrangement, Alivaa Hotels & Resorts will oversee the day-to-day operations of the development, while Curated Living Solutions and Arista Developers will continue to lead the construction and development of the project.

The collaboration is intended to combine the developers’ expertise in project execution with Alivaa Hotels’ experience in hospitality operations.

Hospitality-Led Mixed-Use Development

Located in Koregaon Park, the development will follow a hospitality-led mixed-use model, integrating accommodation with commercial and lifestyle spaces.

The project reflects the growing adoption of mixed-use developments in urban centres, where hospitality, residential and commercial components are planned within a single destination.

Commenting on the partnership, Alivaa Hotels & Resorts said it looks forward to working with Curated Living Solutions and Arista Developers to bring the project to life under the long-term operating agreement.
