Surat Marriott Hotel Appoints Dilip Jangid as Associate Director of Human Resources

Surat Marriott Hotel has appointed Dilip Jangid as Associate Director of Human Resources.

He brings nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, corporate, education, and infrastructure sectors. His background includes talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organisational culture.

In his new role, Jangid will lead the hotel’s human resources function, focusing on employee engagement, team development, and HR operations.

Prior to joining Surat Marriott Hotel, he was associated with Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre as Head of Human Resources, where he worked on HR initiatives, talent development, and people operations. He has also been part of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), gaining experience across multiple areas of human resource management.

Commenting on the appointment, Amit Mehta, Vice President – Operations, said, “We are delighted to welcome Dilip to Surat Marriott.
