The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Appoints Aman Kejriwal as Duty Manager

The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru has appointed Aman Kejriwal as Duty Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, including guest relations and shift management.

Aman brings experience in guest services, front office operations, and team coordination. Prior to this appointment, he was associated with Shangri-La Bengaluru, where he worked for four years across multiple roles, most recently as Duty Manager. During his tenure, he was involved in front office operations, guest engagement, and upselling initiatives.

He also contributed to training programmes and supported team development initiatives during his time at Shangri-La Bengaluru.

Earlier in his career, he worked with ITC Hotels in Kolkata as a Front Office Associate, where he gained experience in guest handling, check-in and check-out processes, and daily operations.

In his current role, Aman will focus on managing front office functions and supporting guest service delivery at the hotel.
