JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity Appoints Chef Khadija Kumcheang as Chef de Cuisine – Asian

JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has appointed Chef Khadija Kumcheang as Chef de Cuisine – Asian at K3. In this role, she will lead the Asian culinary programme, overseeing menu development and kitchen operations across the restaurant’s live cooking stations.

Chef Khadija brings over 15 years of culinary experience. Originally from Khon Kaen in Thailand, her cooking is influenced by regional Thai cuisine, with a focus on ingredient-led preparation and traditional techniques.

She joins the hotel from Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection, where she served as Senior Sous Chef and was involved in the opening and operations of the hotel’s Pan-Asian restaurant. Prior to this, she worked with JW Marriott Dubai, gaining experience across specialty dining, all-day dining, and banquet operations.

Her earlier experience includes roles with Marriott International and other hospitality organisations in the Middle East, where she focused on Asian cuisine and large-scale kitchen operations.

In her new role at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, she will be responsible for overseeing Asian cuisine offerings at K3, including seasonal menus and signature dishes representing Thai and other Asian culinary traditions.
