Radisson Hotels & Resorts – Mauritius Appoints Sheila Moothoocurpen as Cluster Commercial Director

Radisson Hotels & Resorts – Mauritius has appointed Sheila Moothoocurpen as the new Cluster Commercial Director, strengthening its commercial leadership across the destination.

In this role, Sheila will oversee sales, marketing, and revenue strategies across the portfolio, with a focus on driving commercial performance, managing key partnerships, and supporting market growth initiatives.

Prior to this appointment, Sheila was associated with InterContinental Mauritius Resort as Director of Sales & Marketing from August 2023 to June 2026. During this tenure, her responsibilities included leading sales teams, managing revenue targets and forecasting, and overseeing segment strategies across wholesale, online, and MICE channels.

Earlier, Sheila worked with Sunlife Mauritius as Sales & Marketing Manager, where she supported sales and marketing strategies across multiple resorts and handled business development across Asia, the Middle East, and CIS markets.

Her previous experience also includes a tenure with Accor as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, focusing on international leisure and group segments, as well as roles with Shanti Maurice in sales leadership positions.

In her current role, Sheila will lead commercial functions across Radisson Hotels & Resorts – Mauritius, aligning sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
