Nearsite Appoints Pooja Patil as Director, Business Development – APAC

Nearsite has appointed Pooja Patil as Director, Business Development – APAC (India).

Pooja brings over a decade of experience across business development, hospitality, and global mobility. In her new role, she will lead business development initiatives across the APAC region, with a focus on expanding the brand’s presence in India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Nearsite, Pooja served as Head of Business Development – India at Synergy Global Housing, where she worked on global mobility and corporate housing solutions. She was involved in developing partnerships and expanding market reach within the relocation and serviced apartment segment.

Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at ITC Hotels, where she managed national sales portfolios and worked on business development, client engagement, and strategic planning. She has also been associated with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and Karvy Stock Broking, gaining experience in sales, portfolio management, and client relations.

In her current position, Pooja will focus on driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and supporting Nearsite’s regional expansion objectives.
