Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa Appoint Rebecca Rodrigues as Associate Director of People & Culture

Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa have appointed Rebecca Rodrigues as Associate Director of People & Culture.
Rebecca brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on talent management, hotel pre-openings, organisational development, and employee engagement.

Rebecca began her career with Country Inn & Suites by Carlson and later joined Hyatt Hotels, where she was part of the opening teams for Hyatt Centric Goa Candolim and Hyatt Place Goa. She subsequently worked with Hilton Goa Resort, where she progressed into a cluster role and led the pre-opening of Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute while managing people strategy across multiple properties.

In her new role, Rebecca will oversee the People & Culture function for both Novotel Goa properties. Her responsibilities include talent development, employee engagement, training initiatives, and supporting organisational objectives through people-focused strategies.
