Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Appoints Todd Felsen as Vice President and Managing Director

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has appointed Todd Felsen as Vice President and Managing Director.

Felsen brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience, with expertise in resort operations, strategic planning, and team leadership across branded and independent hospitality platforms. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of resort operations, including accommodations, food and beverage, golf and marina operations, recreation programming, guest services, owner relations, and capital improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Felsen held leadership roles with OTH Hotels Resorts and Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, where he was involved in managing large-scale resort operations and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

His experience includes working across diverse hospitality formats, with a focus on operational efficiency, service standards, and team development.

In his current role, he will work closely with the resort’s leadership team to support operational performance and enhance the overall guest experience.

The appointment reflects the resort’s continued focus on strengthening leadership and supporting its long-term operational and strategic objectives.
