Radisson Blu Brings Anatolian Flavours to NYC
NYC Hosts Anatolian Cuisine Festival in New Delhi
Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport is set to host the Anatolian Cuisine Festival at NYC, its all-day dining restaurant, from 23 July to 2 August 2026, offering guests an opportunity to experience the culinary traditions of Türkiye.
The festival has been curated by Chef Gökhan Eser Kesen, an eighth-generation Ottoman cuisine chef, and features recipes inspired by different regions of Anatolia, showcasing traditional cooking techniques and regional flavours.
A Taste of Anatolia
The festival menu includes a selection of cold mezze, Mediterranean salads, freshly baked Turkish breads, kebabs, koftas, Adana kebabs, chicken shish kebabs and slow-cooked lamb dishes.
Guests can also enjoy traditional Turkish desserts such as Kunafa, Baklava and Turkish Rice Pudding, prepared using classic recipes.
Live Culinary Experiences
Adding an interactive element to the festival are live culinary presentations, including the Turkish Sand Coffee Ceremony, a 1.5-metre Adana Kebab showcase and a Live Kunafa Station. Turkish-inspired décor and music will further complement the dining experience.
Chef Gökhan Eser Kesen said:
“Anatolian cuisine has evolved over centuries through culture, trade and family traditions. Through this festival, we hope guests experience not only authentic Turkish flavours but also the hospitality and stories behind the cuisine.”
Ashwni Kumar Goela, Vice President Operations – Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport & Area General Manager – Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia, said:
“The Anatolian Cuisine Festival reflects our commitment to bringing international culinary experiences to our guests. We are pleased to welcome Chef Gökhan and introduce the flavours of Türkiye to diners in Delhi.”
The festival will be available à la carte for lunch and as a buffet for dinner throughout the event period at NYC, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport.
