MIRAI Introduces Half Japanese & Half Korean Hot Pot in Mumbai

MIRAI, the Japanese and Korean restaurant in Mumbai, has introduced a Half Japanese & Half Korean Hot Pot Menu for the monsoon season, offering diners an interactive dining experience inspired by the shared food traditions of Japan and Korea.

Available for a limited time, the limited-time menu allows guests to enjoy two different broths in a single hot pot while customising their meal with a choice of vegetables, proteins, noodles and sauces.

A Customizable Hot Pot Experience

The menu is available in Vegetable, Chicken, Prawn and Seafood options. Each hot pot is served with a base of Napa cabbage, bok choy, white radish, broccoli, bean sprouts, zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, tofu, spring onions and glass noodles.

Guests can personalize their meal with a range of additional ingredients, creating a different combination in every bowl.

Choose Your Ingredients

The DIY menu includes vegetables such as lotus root, snow peas, bamboo shoots, enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms.

Protein options include sliced pork belly, smoked ham, fish cakes and chicken sausages, while additional toppings such as kimchi, cheese and onsen egg offer extra flavour.

Diners can also choose from vegetable, chicken or prawn mandu, along with udon noodles, ramen noodles, Korean ramyun, Korean rice cakes, garlic rice or steamed rice.

The meal is completed with sauces including Korean chilli sauce, ponzu, chilli oil and goma sauce, while unlimited broth refills allow guests to continue the experience throughout their meal.
